What better reason for The Audacious Coddiwomplers to invade Portland, OR than a celebration of dumplings?! This week we are covering our trip into PDX for the 2025 Dumpling Week. Aside from the obvious, we also partook in our usual suspects of treats including, but certainly not limited to, donuts, craft beer, ice cream, and cookies! We discovered some amazing walking/ hiking trails nearby and made sure to get our steps in!
